How we handle what you paste, what we keep, and for how long.
If a tool says Runs in your browser above its input, the work happens on your computer. Your browser downloads a WebAssembly module that has no network access, so the text you paste or the file you pick never leaves the machine. Those tools accept up to 60 MiB of input.
Some tools still need the server. Your input is held only while the run is in progress and removed when it finishes. The result stays for at most 24 hours so you can download it, behind a hashed key that other people cannot reach. We do not read it and we do not reuse it. While it exists, it sits in the EU. Server tools accept up to 20 MiB.
You do not need an account to run a public tool, so most visits leave nothing behind at all.

That data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to you, your email, or your IP address. We use it to see which tools people open, and to pay for the site with ads. If a company outside the EU sees this analytics data, they have to protect it the same way an EU company would.
